Prior to Citi, Joe was a management and training consultant for Learning International (formally Xerox, Zenger Miller and now Achieve Global) and personally customized and delivered various programs to Fortune 500 companies and Federal government agencies to include the Treasury Department, US Military, and CIA. Joe started his career with Cable & Wireless and quickly became one of their top salespeople. This put him on the fast track for his sales and leadership development career.
Joe is a Certified Master Trainer, a certified executive coach, the author of three business books, Nobody to Somebody, License to Sell, License to Serve, and has published and been cited in numerous articles, podcasts, and magazines. He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Education and Distance Education degrees. In all his roles, he has always worked closely with the C-suite and Chief Human Resource Officers. His career and accomplishments include the creation of corporate universities, over 100 virtual and micro e-learning programs, and various career development workshops that have driven double-digit increases in employee engagement scores.
