Simple 3-Step Coaching Model:


  1. No cost, "fit" meeting to ensure alignment. Unlike others, if we cannot help, we will say so up front.
  2. We agree on success measures in the form of short-term milestones and 90 or 180-day desired outcomes.
  3. Meetings are scheduled every 2 to 3 weeks, “on the job” activities are assigned between meetings, and outcomes are captured to ensure accountability and momentum.
